Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, suppose you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. In that case, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund.

Returns
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned item(s) must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item(s), please email customer service at support@valokart.com
For the item(s) to be eligible for a return, make sure the item(s) were purchased in the last seven (7) days and the item(s) are in the original packaging. The invoice should be available in the returned item(s).
Exchange Conditions
- Damaged item(s) received ( Make sure you have video proof of that).
- Missing accessories when receiving the item(s) ( Make sure you have video proof of that).
- The item(s) is not working correctly.
Once we receive the returned item(s), we check the item(s) and send the new item within 72 hours.
Refund Conditions
- The item(s) which you have purchased is not a SALE item.
- COD orders are non-refundable
Once we received the returned item(s), we check the item(s) and refund the amount within 72 hours.
In our sole discretion, we reserve the right to refuse returns of any item(s) that does not meet the above Exchange or Refund conditions.
Only Regular priced item(s) may be refunded. Unfortunately, item(s) on SALE cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.
